Bill Wang is a Director at Invictus Capital Partners and is responsible for credit facilities and warehouse/repo financing for the CRE portfolio.  Mr. Wang has over 17 years of experience in finance and real estate. Prior to Invictus, he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for CV Holdings, a specialty finance platform with portfolio companies engaged in CRE bridge lending, small-ticket equipment financing, venture leasing, and residential NPLs.  During that time, Mr. Wang closed and managed multiple financing facilities and securitizations and was involved in multiple aspects of the business.  Prior to CV Holdings, Mr. Wang created CMBS origination/securitization models, performed valuations on over $750 million of real estate investments, and advised in the acquisition, sale and restructuring of distressed opportunities for several institutional clients. He started his career at XE Capital Management, a $1 billion AUM hedge fund with investments in life insurance and real estate.  During that time, he underwrote over $3 billion of real estate opportunities and was involved in the deployment and asset management of approximately $500 million of debt and equity in real estate deals throughout the US, Latin America and India. Mr. Wang holds a BS from Columbia University and an MA from New York University.
