Mr. O’Meara is currently a Loan Origination Associate at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance.  At VCREF, Mr. O'Meara is responsible for the underwriting and preliminary review of originations for Anthony Iervolino. Prior to joining Verus, he spent 2 years with CV Capital Funding focusing on the underwriting and review of new deal flow of a nationwide bridge loan portfolio encompassing a wide range of assets such as office, multifamily, retail, industrial and specialty assets. Mr. O’Meara graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Finance.
