Mr. Ansel is currently a Director at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance. In his role, he is focused on the underwriting and asset management of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Verus, he spent 3 years with CV Capital Funding focusing on the underwriting and asset management of a nationwide bridge loan portfolio encompassing a wide range of assets such as office, multifamily, retail, industrial and specialty assets. Mr. Ansel graduated Cum Laude from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business.
