Mr. Tor is an analyst at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance. In his role, he is focused on the underwriting and asset management of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Verus, Mr. Tor spent two years at L2 Capital Advisors as a Senior Investment Analyst where he sourced, underwrote, and worked on closing 40mm+ worth of ground-lease transactions in NYC. Mr. Tor graduated from New York University (NYU) and holds bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science and Business Studies.
