Mr. Kaplowitz is a Director at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance.  In his role, he is focused on the underwriting of SFR portfolio loans.  Prior to joining Verus, he spent 4 years with CV Capital Funding, focusing on the underwriting and asset management of a nationwide bridge loan portfolio encompassing a wide range of assets such as office, multifamily, retail, industrial and other specialty assets.  Mr. Kaplowitz holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Baruch College.
