Mr. Ruiz is a Vice President/Senior Asset Manager at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance.  In this role, he is focused on the asset management of the company’s real estate loan portfolio. Mr. Ruiz has 15 + years of experience in real estate, most recently spending 6 years with ASG Equities as a Senior Asset Manager responsible for the management of both owned and operated and passive real estate investments throughout the United States and Canada.  Mr. Ruiz holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from New York University.
