Mr. Gottlieb is an analyst at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance. In his role, he is focused on the underwriting and asset management of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Verus, Mr. Gottlieb worked full-time at Mega Contracting Group as a Development Project Manager where he was involved in the development and management of low-income housing tax credit projects throughout New York State. He also worked at Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A., a full-service real estate law firm, as an analyst where he specialized in the ad valorem department ensuring that properties had support for their value. Mr. Gottlieb previously interned with The Richman Group as an Acquisitions Analyst. Mr. Gottlieb graduated with honors from University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Urban Planning and Development, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate.
