Mr. Zorfas is currently a Loan Origination Associate at Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance.  At VCREF, Mr. Zorfas is responsible for the underwriting and preliminary review of originations from Ken Wood, Stratos Athanassiades, and Ken Gaitan.  Prior to joining Verus, he spent approximately 2 years with Castellan Capital focusing on the underwriting, review and origination of bridge loans nationwide across multiple asset classes such as office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily. Mr. Zorfas graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Business.
